[MARMAM] Request for 2012/13 whalewatch guidelines and regulations

Dear MARMAMERS,

I am in the process of updating the compendium of world-wide whalewatch
guidelines and regulations. The updated version will be posted on the
website of the International Whaling Commission. I would greatly appreciate
receiving any new codes, guidelines or regulations that have been
formulated over the past year.
