Both students and non-students from developing countries (outside Latin-America) may be exempted of mailing costs upon a duly supported request, and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.


  Issues 1(1) and 2(1) are currently out of print. A very limited number of issues 2:2 and 3:1 are available. Other recent issues 3:2, 4:1 and 4:2 are available at a cost of $25 each.
