Both students and non-students from developing countries (outside Latin-America) may be exempted of mailing costs upon a duly supported request, and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Issue 1(1) is currently out of print. Other back issues (2:1, 2:2, 3:1, 3:2) are available ($25 each).
