The Board has decided to reschedule the OMG XXI conference for 2022 
(more information TBA), but in the meantime we need to hold elections.

Dear Durrellians,

      This is the week we had hoped to meet on Miracle Ground in 
Toulouse.  The conference has been postponed until 2022, but we have 
some conference related business that cannot wait until then.  The 
Executive Board has decided to hold a meeting of the membership on Zoom 
on June 24 at 2:30 pm Paris time (That is 8:30 am Eastern Daylight time 
in North America).  More information will follw as we get closer to the 
meeting date.  Isabelle’s letter is attached and copied below.

Dear Durrellians,

You will be happy to know that plans for OMG XXI are still in progress. 
In order to make sure that all participants feel safe to travel to 
Toulouse and enjoy their stay in Europe the executive board has decided 
to postpone the conference to 2022.

But we shall meet before…at least virtually! We invite all ILDS members 
to join our Zoom meeting on June 24th at 2.30pm (Paris time) for a 
plenary session. We shall read a few poems by Durrell, listen to our 
emerging scholars applying for the first William Godshalk Prize for New 
Durrell Scholarship, discuss the organization of OMG XXI in Toulouse and 
vote for the new society officers who will serve for the next 2 years.

You will be sent an invitation and password via email and I hope that 
many of you will be able to join us.
