I’ve been enjoying MIN KAMP thanks in part to Don Bartlett’s translation.
I’ve read BOOK 4, BOOK 1, and now near the end of BOOK 2 Karl Ove says
“Writing a novel is setting yourself a goal and then walking there in your
sleep – Lawrence Durrell had once said that was what it was like, and it
was true.” Does anyone recognize the quotation?
