[ilds] Typo on page 38

[Kennedy Gammage]

Akkad is referenced several times in relation to Sebastian, but of course
it should be Affad, Constance's boyfriend. Akkad was with Bruce, Toby and
the Ogres in Monsieur. Their relationship, Akkad & Affad - uncanny to say
the least.
