Does anyone know what happened to Ludo Chardenon, the “herb man” and a
culinary compatriot of Durrell in Provence? I’d hoped to find some clues or
an obit online.

 

I am revising a draft article based on the presentation I did in Vancouver
in 2014 regarding Durrell’s depiction of provençale cuisine in Monsieur, and
would greatly appreciate this information.
