Good news on the book front: my independent book store in Ithaca, NY (of which I am a coop owner/member), just let me know that my order for Elephant's Back is on backorder, as, and I quote, "the publisher has had lots more preorders than expected."  So congratulations on your 'pre-success.' The bad news is, of course, that I will have to wait for my copy.
