Only just saw the news about the closure of The Durrell School of Corfu. 

I have obviously been very out of touch. Or I may have forgotten something
mentioned on the ILDS forum.

I am happy to inform you that my book /Travels in Greece and France and the
Durrell School of Corfu Seminars/ is now available in a paperback edition
(previously available only as an E-book) published by The New Atlantian
Library (an imprint of Absolutely Amazing E-books, Inc.). It can be ordered
through Amazon and Barnes and Noble in the States and in Europe through
Amazon.co.uk <http://Amazon.co.uk>.

As the title suggests the book contains several travelogues from the years
2005-2011 and four lectures I gave at the late lamented Durrell School of
Corfu. Some of the travelogues are illustrated with black and white
photographs.

I will forgo the usual PR folderol and only mention that the darkened figure
on the cover is Lynn-Marie.

My thanks to Brewster, whose Chronology (2007) I continually cite.  I hope
to do the same with his latest book, which I shall of course buy.  Does
Brewster have any plans to put together a collection of his photos of
Lawrence Durrell?
