Dear all,

The latest issue of the Herald will be flying out in its print edition 
to all ILDS members as fast as the Christmas postal services can travel 
(like elephants with wings?).

For those with less elephantine patience (or anyone on the elephant's 
back), the e-edition is now on the ILDS website:

I've attached a copy here as well for those needing something faster 
than a URL.

There are some fantastic contributions to this issue, and I'd like to 
thank Pamela Francis, Helen Wussow, Charles Sligh, and of course Anna 
Zahlan & David Radavich for putting it all together.  Grove Koger and 
Don Kaczvinsky also have much to share, among others -- if you think I'm 
wrong, why not write to the listserv and blame me...  If you like it, 
maybe write to the listserv and tell us all what caught your eye.
