Hello all,

I have an association copy of Lawrence Durrell a Biography--which is  
inscribed by Ian MacNiven to my friend Benedict Simmonds, recently  
deceased.

I wish to sell this and was wondering if someone might advise me on  
the best venue. Ebay, or Alibris, or other?
