Durrellian--
Long-time Durrellian, H. R. Stoneback will have a poetry reading this
June, just before the Durrell conference, at the legendary Swan Bar in
Paris.
If anyone is lucky enough to be in Paris at the time, stop in for a
wonderful evening of poetry and plonk.

H. R. Stoneback, author/editor of 30 books, will read from his recent
volumes VOICES OF WOMEN SINGING and HEMINGWAY'S PARIS: OUR PARIS? at the
Swan Bar on Friday June 8, 2012. The show begins at 7:30 with readings
by the opening poets Jessica Conti and Matthew Nickel before the
featured act--Stoneback will read from 8:00-9:00.
The Swan Bar has been described by reviewers as "a unique bit of 1920s
Paris" and a "Casablanca-esque Rick's-Cafe-Americain-kind-of-place" . .
