James Brigham kept a copy of Mott's /Universal Design of the Oedipus
Complex/ in his "Durrell" files, but I've not double checked why he kept
it there -- he didn't make a specific note of why.

Durrell, however, had some Mott materials in his mss. at Carbondale
(Mott's ms., that is, in Durrell's files):

Box 27: Manuscripts
Folder 5: The Little Robe, by Francis J. Mott

Durrell and Mott also appear in some of the same short-run journals in
the 1940s.

I hope it helps!

Best,
J
