It was also published in 2004 by Ashgate -- the 2006 American U of Cairo 
P is, I believe, a reprint of that previous edition...  I've asked 
Anthony Hirst, the new Director of the Durrell School of Corfu, if he 
can confirm the details for those who are interested.
