Leach's observation doesn't strike me as unreasonable, although referring to the "moral" of the /Quartet/ is unfortunate. Note that he refers to "a sense of reality" rather than just "reality," which is a fairly nuanced way of putting it.
For what it's worth, two of the writers for /Power Line/ are fellows of the Claremont Institute, at whose 30th anniversary dinner Dick Cheney is scheduled to speak.
