I'm with Bruce here. Where can one get an Oscar Epfs? Is he in galleries? are they stuck up all over the Vampire House?

Often, when I think of peasant Durrell (another face/ persona) I think of Oscar Epfs, farting in his studio, a reeking garlic wreck, Gitanne hanging from lip, glass of rough red nearby (more probably a bottle), plate of bread and olives and a wry grin above paint and canvas. Confuse the bastards as Dylan Thomas said.

I think we need a serious and or hilarious discussion about the artistic merits of Epfs; what was his meaning his themes? the eternal questions.
