[ilds] Keith Brown - Sightings

Keith emailed me some time back, and asked me to review the book -- 
and said he would send me a copy to review. It has not arrived.

If Keith is out there, let him be informed about the missing book. 
The TLS review was indeed a friendly one -- I thought.
