It's a good topic, David, and I'm not sure why there have been so few 
responses.  I've tried to post a bit, albeit of an earlier period, but 
I've only just now grabbed a copy of the book of the shelf while I'm abroad.

What further thoughts do you have on the matter?  Perhaps you can give 
us a few more suggestions for how you see such a matter unfolding.  I'd 
be happy to hear about that, and I might have something to contribute as 
I re-read.
