[ilds] Durrell's copy of Ketschmer's -- clarification

PS, I have made a list of most of LD's markings from the portion of his 
working library in SIUC, especially 'my Elizas'. In some cases I made 
photocopies of the relevant pages. They can all be perused at the DSC 
library.
