About Designjusticecolab	English (USA)
Design justice is a commitment to deliberative democracy in practice. Healthy, vibrant, flourishing democracies mean that citizens influence decision-making and that their voices are heard. Design justice is an innovative, interactive and imaginative approach to designing artistic, research and policy initiatives with a justice-oriented lens, which takes seriously the stories and lived-experiences of those most directly affected by the pressing policy challenges of our times. A design justice collaboratory specifically refers to creating conversations in concert with a diverse group of academics, activists, artists, community leaders and civil servants who share a commitment to building brighter, healthier more ecologically sustainable futures. Using Designjusticecolab
To post a message to all the list members, send email to designjusticecolab@lists.uvic.ca. You can subscribe to the list, or change your existing subscription, in the sections below.
Subscribing to Designjusticecolab
Subscribe to Designjusticecolab by filling out the following form. This is a closed list, which means your subscription will be held for approval. You will be notified of the list moderator's decision by email. This is also a hidden list, which means that the list of members is available only to the list administrator. Your email address:   Your name (optional):   You may enter a privacy password below. This provides only mild security, but should prevent others from messing with your subscription. Do not use a valuable password as it will occasionally be emailed back to you in cleartext. If you choose not to enter a password, one will be automatically generated for you, and it will be sent to you once you've confirmed your subscription.
